Destiny Rescue
Origins:
Founded in 2001, Destiny Rescue’s journey began with founder and international president Tony Kirwan who, while living in Thailand, heard a man share how he was once invited to an inappropriate sexual encounter involving children. Horrified by the story, Kirwan was motivated to do something to rescue these children from sexual exploitation and trafficking. Since its creation, Destiny Rescue has rescued almost 5300 children (as of June 2020) from child exploitation and expanded its work across seven project countries with USA, Australia and New Zealand as its funding nations that fuel the work of Destiny Rescue International.

Destiny Rescue serves to help amplify the voices of both those who are enslaved and those who have been freed from abuse through their rescue, reintegration and prevention programs.
